ASST. MANAGER

Just 9 short months ago I started working at Nordstrom with the Sales and Management Intern. I just got promoted to the t.b.d.-POV assistant manager!!! I am so excited to start my new role! I am still at the same store, in the same department (which has recently expanded from just t.b.d. to also include POV!) with the same team (who are all also very excited for my promotion) :) I officially start April 1. I cant wait to build my career with Nordstrom! Buyer here I come!

Dare to Flare

At work a couple weeks ago our Citizens of Humanity rep. came in for a Citizen event we had on the floor. She made a selling contest for the employees, whoever sold the most citizen jeans over the weekend won a free pair. Well, you guessed it... I WON! I got to pick any pair I wanted off our floor.

I have been dying for the 'Hutton' in the Paradise wash since we got them in but of course could not justify spending the $208 for them. Now I get them for FREE!!! :) I am so excited for them because 'wide legs-70s inspired' is huge for the spring and I dont have any light wash denim... until now!

NOW.... I DARE YOU TO WEAR THE FLARE!

So it seems feather hair extensions are the new trend for hair this spring...

I thought i had been seeing more and more of what seemed like one long feather earring (which in actuality is a peek-a-boo feather hair extension)

will i jump on that band wagon... i just might.

I have to say, i am kind of digging this look (and for those of you who know me, you know i get bored with my hair cut color and style easily and like to change it up.
